We're sisters who love to cook, but beware (or be delighted), because we're always finding shortcuts and substitutions to make recipes faster, easier, and hopefully healthier. This website is named for our grandmother, Norma, whose practical and creative approach to cooking inspired our kitchen philosophy.

We don't follow strict diets, and are notoriously loose with cultural cuisine interpretations. But if you need something quick for unexpected company or just want to get back to the book you're reading, welcome, Kindred Spirit. You've found your new recipe besties.
